We set off to Tenerife, Canary Islands, on the 6th February looking for some sunshine.
We stayed in Costa Adeje which is just 15 minutes drive from where we landed.
We were self catering so the first night we ate out.
19C and the best shopping in Tenerife is Sue's idea of heaven!
On the Sunday the weather was not good, but we still went to a geocaching event in Los Christianos.
People didn’t hang around because it was wet and cold. The weather improved for the rest of the holiday.
Here we are on our patio with a fantastic view. A couple of our neighbours around for drinks.
Up the coast to La Caleta – notice the black volcanic beaches.

| ‘Magma is a building that seduces because of its external appearance and it is due to this fact that it is been designed to be extremely functional. Magma Arte & Congresos is an avant-garde and architectural concept that evokes the earth essence, and gives to your event the “unique” concept. All the architectural as a whole inspire volcano and lava.’ Their description – all I can say is that there is a lot of rough, cracked concrete. |
The rugged south coast – quite spectacular
There are yellow, red, blue and green post boxes all requiring different stamps – very confusing.
The Bimbo van is not what you think! It’s the bread van!
